Armaan and Abhira Return to the Poddar Firm | Full Written Episode Update
The episode begins with a surprising turn—Kaveri shocks everyone by saying she wants Armaan to return to the family law firm. Sanjay is puzzled and questions why she suddenly changed her stance. Kaveri explains that after hearing the truth from Manoj and Charu about the firm’s struggles, she had a change of heart. Despite this, Armaan isn’t ready to say yes. His decision seems firm—he refuses to return.
Vidya steps in and reminds Armaan of the promise he once made to give Daksh and Pookie a secure and happy life. She pleads with him to take Rohit’s place in the firm. Abhira, though supportive, gently urges Armaan to pause and consider his decision carefully. She wants him to be certain before making another big career shift. After reflecting deeply, Armaan finally agrees to rejoin—for the sake of Daksh and Pookie, he says.
Abhira is surprised by his sudden change. Then, to everyone’s astonishment, Armaan insists that Abhira should also return to the firm with him. Kaveri supports this idea without hesitation. But Abhira is unsure. She hesitates, not wanting any role that’s handed to her under pressure. Armaan suggests she deserves a senior position, and he asks Kaveri to make it official. However, Abhira firmly refuses to accept any title unless she earns it herself. She wants to grow through merit, not favoritism.
Armaan defends her, saying she’s highly capable and Sanjay has been unfair. Sanjay insists he was only trying to bring her back. Still, Armaan isn’t convinced. Kaveri eventually agrees with Armaan’s request, and both Armaan and Abhira officially decide to return to the firm together.
With their return, Kaveri regains hope that the Poddar firm will soon rise to glory once again. Abhira then asks Armaan about his side business. Just then, Krish offers to help out. Sanjay mocks him, but Armaan shuts him down by hiring Krish immediately.
Later, Vidya gives Armaan Rohit’s coat. As he wears it, he’s overcome with memories of his late brother. It’s a symbolic moment as both he and Abhira step back into the firm in their new roles. Vidya asks him to sit in Rohit’s place, but Abhira senses Kaveri’s motivations go deeper. She directly questions Kaveri about her reason for calling her back. Kaveri bluntly states that Abhira never truly took on the Poddar name. Abhira responds that Kaveri fears she and Armaan will leave the house once Pookie is born. Kaveri doesn’t deny it—she actually admits she believes it will happen. Abhira warns her that such thoughts are illusions and won’t last forever.
Meanwhile, trouble brews elsewhere. Kiara discovers Abhir’s affair and is left heartbroken. Though Abhir tries to console her, he also secretly plans to meet Charu. Kiara, however, isn’t ready to let it slide—she decides to catch him red-handed.
Back at the office, Abhira gets back into her professional rhythm. Armaan checks in on her and they discuss how to balance their office responsibilities with their roles as caregivers for Ruhi and Daksh. Armaan fully supports her thoughts. Later, he notices Rohit’s coat doesn’t fit him well anymore, but he continues to wear it out of respect for Vidya’s feelings. Abhira quietly watches, realizing how unfair it is to expect Armaan to live in Rohit’s shadow. She understands grief can’t be worn like a coat or replaced by stepping into someone else’s shoes.
