The episode opens with Abhira trying to stay busy, but deep down, her heart is breaking. She turns to Akshara’s memory, questioning why God took away both Akshara and Shivani. The grief is too heavy to carry alone. Vidya, trying to bring in some practicality, reminds her that she still has a mother figure beside her. But then, Vidya drops a surprise — she wants Abhira to convince Armaan to return to the Poddar law firm and carry forward its legacy.
Abhira responds gently, saying she can’t pressure Armaan into doing something he doesn’t want. But Vidya challenges her, asking if she doesn’t want to see Armaan succeed. Abhira insists that Armaan is already on the right path and doing well. Still, Vidya believes that deep down, Armaan will return to the firm one day.
Meanwhile, Sanjay starts a conversation with Kaveri about something unexpected — he thinks they should include Armaan and Abhira’s baby in the family will. But Kaveri immediately shuts him down. She doesn’t want anything to do with either Armaan or his child. Sanjay tries to explain that once she sees the baby, her heart might change. But Kaveri remains cold and firm. She believes that after the baby is born, Armaan and Abhira will leave anyway. Sanjay asks, “What if they don’t?” Still, Kaveri is unmoved. She tells him to focus on business, and she’ll deal with the family her own way.
Abhira is struggling emotionally. Armaan senses it and confronts her. She finally shares her concern — she’s not sure about letting Ruhi take on the responsibility of surrogacy. Hearing this, Ruhi is deeply hurt. She asks Abhira if she really thinks she isn’t strong enough to do this. Then Ruhi declares that the baby is all she has left of Rohit, and she will bring it into this world — no matter what. Abhira reminds her that she only agreed to surrogacy when Rohit was still with her. But Ruhi stands strong — even without Rohit, she’s going to see this through. All she asks is for Abhira and Armaan to stand by her.
This brings a sense of peace between them. The three — Armaan, Abhira, and Ruhi — sit down together and speak from their hearts. They promise to support one another no matter what happens. It’s a quiet, emotional moment of unity.
Later, Armaan notices Abhira isn’t going to work and asks her about it. She confesses that the job was only a trial, and since she couldn’t start on time, they let her go. Armaan feels terrible, but Abhira tells him not to blame himself. She urges him to move forward and focus on his own goals.
Just then, Vidya joins the conversation and questions why Armaan should pursue business when he’s such a brilliant lawyer. Armaan still refuses — he’s not ready to return. Vidya pushes harder, saying he can’t ignore the talent he has.
That’s when Armaan opens up about a deeper pain. He reveals how Kaveri never respected Shivani, even after her death. Her behavior only made things worse, and Armaan calls her selfish. He firmly says he won’t work under someone like that.
Madhav finally speaks up too. He reminds Kaveri that the Poddar firm originally belonged to his father — it was his legacy first. He doesn’t hold back in letting Kaveri know what she’s done wrong.
Then, in a shocking twist, Kaveri finally says something no one expected — she wants Armaan to return to the firm.
Both Armaan and Abhira are left speechless.
