Madhav collapses in tears. Vidya sobs beside him as Abhira tries to comfort her. Aryan whispers fearfully, “Shivani’s gone… What if Armaan and Rohit don’t make it either?” Abhira snaps at him but immediately regrets her harshness. “They’ll survive,” she promises firmly before leaving to visit Shivani’s body.
At the hospital, doctors deliver grim news – Armaan and Rohit are fighting for their lives. Vidya, traumatized by Shivani’s death at this same hospital, demands they be moved elsewhere. “I won’t lose them too!” she cries, refusing to listen to reason. Abhira tries calming her down.
Meanwhile, Abhir reassures Charu, “They’re warriors – they’ll pull through.” In another room, Kaveri clutches Manish’s arm. “You’ve suffered so much… Do you feel another tragedy coming?” Though Manish urges strength, Kaveri remains shattered.
Abhira breaks down before Shivani’s body. “How could you leave us? How do I face Armaan now?” Ruhi overhears and learns the devastating truth. As Abhira collapses from grief, Manisha stops Swarna from saying more – but Ruhi demands answers. Swarna finally reveals Armaan and Rohit’s critical state, warning they might not have much time. “Go see them now,” she pleads, but Abhira insists on waiting until they recover. Manisha reminds them to care for themselves too.
When Kajal urges Vidya to visit, she refuses stubbornly. “I’ll only see them when they’re better.”
A nurse announces they can finally see their husbands, but Manisha notices their shaking hands. “Are you strong enough for this?” she asks, especially concerned for pregnant Ruhi’s health.
Kaveri interrupts sharply, silencing baby talk. She confronts them brutally: “What if Armaan and Rohit die? Abhira, how will you raise that child alone? Ruhi, can you handle losing Rohit?” The women freeze in horror as Kaveri pushes them to “face reality” about their unborn children. Stunned into silence, Abhira and Ruhi stand paralyzed by her harsh words.
