The episode opens on a soft and emotional note. Ruhi gently thanks Armaan and Abhira for returning home, showing her vulnerable side. She asks them to rest after all the chaos they’ve been through. Abhira, noticing Ruhi still looks unwell, checks her fever and sits beside her, trying to comfort her.
But Ruhi, lost in her own whirlwind of emotions, can’t shake the thought that Armaan and Abhira are only here for the sake of her unborn child—not because they truly care about her. Abhira, hearing this, asks her gently if she really believes that. Still, instead of reacting harshly, she chooses kindness and continues to care for Ruhi with patience and compassion.
Elsewhere in the house, Sanjay talks to Kaveri, his tone serious and filled with worry. He tells her he feels that Armaan and Abhira are slowly gaining control—not just over the law firm, but also over the household. Kaveri listens, her face hardening. She makes her stance clear: ever since the couple came back, nothing has gone smoothly. She vows that Armaan will not return to the firm under any circumstances.
Later, Ruhi falls asleep. In the quiet of the moment, Abhira and Armaan take a moment to look after each other. Armaan lies beside Ruhi, perhaps out of duty or concern. Ruhi, still haunted by memories of Rohit, unconsciously reaches for Armaan’s hand in her sleep. The gesture startles Armaan, but before anything escalates, Abhira steps in, softly asking Ruhi to rest and then decides to take Daksh away with her, sensing the tension.
Meanwhile, Abhir finally meets Charu after some time. He apologizes for being out of touch—he explains he was busy with Kiara. Charu understands and doesn’t blame him. When Abhir hears that Abhira and Armaan have returned to the Poddar home, he becomes visibly anxious. To distract themselves, the two enjoy a light moment, sipping coconut water together. They share a friendly hug, but a nearby shopkeeper notices them—and this seemingly innocent moment is later reported to the Goenka family, possibly stirring up more drama.
Back at the Poddar house, the family gathers for a meal. As Manisha prepares the table, Kaveri sees her setting a plate at Rohit’s usual spot. She questions it, but Manisha clarifies—it’s for Armaan. Kaveri refuses to accept that Armaan can take Rohit’s place. Just then, Vidya steps in with quiet strength. She declares that Armaan will now sit in Rohit’s chair. Kaveri is outraged, arguing that Armaan abandoned the family. But Vidya firmly reminds her that Rohit also left. She then physically places Armaan in Rohit’s seat, creating deep tension at the table.
The conflict doesn’t end there. When Manisha suggests placing plates for both Shivani and Rohit, Kaveri instantly rejects the idea. She says Shivani was never part of their family to begin with. That’s when Abhira speaks up—her voice calm, but filled with fire. She points out that Shivani was never treated with the respect she deserved, even in death. Abhira believes that Shivani, with her forgiving nature, would still forgive Kaveri—but that doesn’t erase the injustice she faced. She insists that Rohit would want Shivani to be acknowledged and remembered. Her words shake the room, but Kaveri remains cold.
Later, Abhira goes to find Ruhi and is surprised to see her sleeping outside. She softly wakes her and asks why she’s there. Ruhi, in a fragile voice, says she was simply thinking about Rohit. Abhira’s heart breaks a little—realizing the pain Ruhi is carrying alone. She feels guilty for leaving her to deal with all of this by herself.
Meanwhile, at the office, Charu and Manoj try to make Kaveri understand how bad things have gotten. Without Armaan, the firm is on the verge of falling apart. But Kaveri stays stubborn. She coldly tells them that instead of running back to Armaan, they should learn to work harder themselves.
